  • Payment

    Payment for the room rental is due at the time of booking, and you’ll receive a receipt from Stripe once it is completed. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll also receive a confirmation email that officially secures the date and time for your event.

    Cancellation

    All refunds are subject to a 5% administration and processing fee.

    Bookings for the Eklutna Room and/or Susitna Room may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the booked time to receive a refund.

    Cancellations for the 2nd Floor Common Area or the Entire 2nd Floor bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before the event to receive a refund.

    Catering cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event to receive a refund.

    Changes

    We are happy to accommodate changes to your booking times or room assignments. To ensure a smooth experience, please provide notice at least 7 days in advance. Changes requested within 7 days cannot be guaranteed, and same-day changes are not possible.

  • All event spaces have access to the following:

    Amenities available in each space include the following:

    • Susitna Room: 1 couch and 2 sofa chairs.  

    • Eklutna Room: 9 ergonomic chairs.  

    • 2nd Floor Common Area: 1,400 square foot open spaces includes flexible seating arrangements (detailed below):

      • 6 (31 in diameter) round tables seat up to 3 people

      • 1 (35.5 in x 70 in) rectangular table seats up to 6 people

      • 5 (24 in x 23 in) rectangular tables seat up to 2 people

      • 1 wrap-around elevated bar seats up to 6 people

      • 1 (189 in x 31 in) elevated bar table seats up to 12 people

      • Children’s area including 2 tables, 2 couches, books and toys

    • Entire 2nd Floor: Includes access to the Susitna Room, Eklutna Room, and the 2nd Floor Common Area

    • The 2nd Floor Common Area and Entire 2nd Floor also provide the following (Request these amenities on the booking form.):

      • *Projector screen 

      • *Spotify-connected speakers

    • Note:

      • Projector Screen: Bring your own equipment (projector, cords, etc.) and handle the setup.

      • Smart TV: You are responsible for operating the equipment.

      • Music: Enjoy your favorite tunes with our Spotify-connected speakers, available onsite.

      • To ensure a smooth experience, you can schedule a free Audio/Visual test at least one day before—please Contact Us to arrange this. Our staff are not responsible for troubleshooting technical issues on the day of your event.

  • Sakana Poke & Soiree does not provide linens/tablecloths, decorations, whiteboard, cutlery or glassware (unless catering is requested), extension cord, microphone, or a stage.

  • Yes. Catering is available at an additional cost and may be customized to client preferences. To ensure availability, catering requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date. Requests made within the two-week window cannot be guaranteed. Final catering costs are due within 24 hours of receiving the catering quote. Contact us with the requested items, quantities, any dietary restrictions, and any desired menu modifications..

  • Yes. You may establish an open tab at the cashier’s desk, with a valid credit card. Attendees should be instructed to place all orders under the client’s name. Payment for the open tab must be settled upon the conclusion of the event.

  • 501(C) non-profit organizations and Startups may qualify for 20% rate reduction. Please email the Event Coordinator directly at: event@sakanasoiree.com for further details including proof of status.

  • Yes. We can reconfigure the seating in the 2nd Floor Common Area or the Entire 2nd Floor to fit your needs. Please view the Room Configuration PDF for optional floor plans. Then, indicate what layout you would prefer on your booking request form.

    For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that furniture not be moved without prior authorization.

  • The possession, consumption, or distribution of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited on the premises.

    • Trash: The venue provides three (3) trash bags for client use. If the amount of trash exceeds the provided supply and is not removed by the client, a $20.00 disposal fee per bag will be charged. Charges are waived when catering through Sakana.

    • Start/End Event Time: Setup and breakdown periods are included within the total rental duration. The space will be made available to guests at the designated start time. A ten-minute grace period is permitted; however, any additional time beyond the contracted rental may be subject to an hourly fee, at the discretion of the on-site manager.
